Regular communication and updates provided by both text and email. Helpful when I had concerns some time ago about a payment that had been made that I didn’t recognize (turned out this was actually my transaction I just didn’t recognize the name of the business as it was different). Staff seem friendly and helpful. App is easy to navigate and use to set up/change payment amounts. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024

I was getting married and was short of £500 a week before, we tried to get credit card and loans from different companies but the processing time was really long, meanwhile Vanquis sent me my credit card, £1000 in just 3 days! What a life saver, the app is really very easy to use and you won’t ever need to call the customer service representative, but if you have to they pick up really quick.
