Any issues I’ve had regarding my credit card, staff have always been very helpful with my queries and have resolved my queries efficiently and are always friendly, have had my credit card for many years and have never had any issues with staff when phoning Vanquis Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

My experience with Vanquess has been lovely. building my credit score is fantastic and could not of done this with out Vanquess helping me. When ever I have phoned them they are very polite and deal with anything for you. No long wait to get through to them on phone , just plain sailing.
