Poor customer service

Great service

I have always had a great service from Vanquis. They are secure and on the rare occasion that I have made a large purchase, that is out of my usual spending habits, they have sent a text to confirm it is me using the card and not a fraudster. They have also helped me improve my credit rating so well worth applying for a card from them. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024

Stuck on £250 limit for years.

Great card for building credit score

It's not a bad card and I think it has helped alittle with my credit score, interest is a little high which id prefer it to be lower then it would help credit scores more and people with difficulty in finance etc overall a ok card Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
