I’ve been charged twice for errors made by Vanquis, I’ve had money taken twice and this has effected my rating drastically I was made aware they knew off the error but my credit score has still not been amended nor has the date nor have I been refunded for the extra charges that I shouldn’t have incurred Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

After my divorce my credit rating was terrible ,but Vanquis accepted my application for a credit card and although I used it to the maximum balance, my credit score has improved vastly and now I am able to use my card less and start reducing my balance. Thank you Vanquis Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
