Vanquis gave me a credit card when no other bank would, and I’m genuinely grateful for that. Since then I’ve never had any major issues and whenever I’ve needed help, customer service has always been friendly and easy to talk to. Funny thing is, now other banks keep offering me credit cards, but I’ve stayed with Vanquis because they treated me well from the start. They also have lots of offers. Reviewed on: 20th May 2026

When I needed help..,

A few years ago I’d had to build my credit score due to getting into some financial difficulty. I’d always paid my bills on time but nobody would give me credit. Vanquis helped me to build up, allowing me to use their card and keep on track. A simple website and payment page helped, no faffing about.
