The Vanquis team are always helpful and consistently do their best to resolve any issue. Vanquis gave me a credit card when no other bank wou...

Vanquis gave me a credit card when no other bank would, and I’m genuinely grateful for that. Since then I’ve never had any major issues and whenever I’ve needed help, customer service has always been friendly and easy to talk to. Funny thing is, now other banks keep offering me credit cards, but I’ve stayed with Vanquis because they treated me well from the start. They also have lots of offers. Reviewed on: 20th May 2026
