Great for helping to repair credit rating

Vanquis allowed me a credit card when no-one else would give me one. Although the APR is extortionate for me personally it allowed me to rebuild my credit rating from 390 to an excellent score I have now Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Brilliant value - excellent customer service

Only needed to ring them once really but it was to change my whole security emails address mobile. Found it easy to contact was advised thoroughly and through a secure process of ID identification and online proof had all of this addressed in 1 call. I have cancer and use the card as a little boost when I need a taxi or occasionally miss a few too many shifts and for essentials but have a sensible limit they control well.
