“I got the Vanquis Credit Builder card to help improve my credit score. It’s done what I needed it to do, and the app makes it easy enough to keep track of spending and payments. That said, the interest rate is very high, so you really need to stay on top of payments and avoid carrying a balance if you can. The starting credit limit wasn’t huge either, but I suppose that’s expected with a credit builder card. Overall, it’s useful if you’re trying to rebuild credit, but it’s definitely not a card I’d use for everyday borrowing.” Reviewed on: 20th May 2026

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with a recurring payment and it was sorted immediately and thoroughly. They really went the extra mile as I was struggling to deal with the Company. Vanquis even called me to say they had sorted it. Reviewed on: 20th May 2026

Vanquis allows me to higher or lower my credit limits, the statements are clear and easy to understand. The rate that is stated is the rate you are given. Reviewed on: 20th May 2026
