Bench marking at it's best

Velosure was offered to me as an additional service when I purchased a new bike through a company scheme a few years ago, I used to insure my sports equipment through the house insurance, Velosure goes to the next level, if not higher with service, cost, communication and peace of mind. Misleading bicycle cover

I have had premium Velosure bike insurance for the last 4 years for a racing bike ($15,500.00 cover). After an accident with frame / component damage (my first claim) I was informed that Velosure would settle the claim for $4,100.00 based on depreciated value of the frame. Replacement value $7,500.00. I have been paying premiums based on the original cost of the bike, not the depreciated value, with the expectation that they would replace damaged frame / component like for like. I have since cancelled my policy. I would not use them again. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Making a claim with Velosure.

Velosure Cycle Insurance

Velosure have given me piece of mind that my cycle is covered and can be replaced should anything happen to it. They are also easy to contact although I have not had to claim from them and it's my second year with them. Reviewed on: 16th October 2022
