complex income mortgage

We managed to use income projections from a client towards affordability, as the client had seen a large uplift in income year on year since covid, which was very bespoke and managed to get us where we needed to be Reviewed on: 13th March 2023

A friendly old style Building Society

It’s always good to deal with the Staff at the Vernon , it’s like dealing with Friends , something that’s got lost with the big players , sone great deals available as well , I’d recommend them to anybody 6*+ service everytime Reviewed on: 18th January 2021

This mortgage company takes the long term, intelligent and practical viewpoint

The Vernon offered us the mortgage we needed on the terms that made sense to us and were quick and helpful all through the process. We had already wasted a lot of time with other mortgage institutions who offered us mortgages that were designed to suit them, not us. We should have gone to the Vernon in the first place. Great customer and conveyancer experience

Vernon were recommended so we went with them for our new mortgage. They weren't just professional and competitive, but just brilliant to deal with. Even our conveyancing solicitor was blown away at how easy to deal with they were - even in these challenging Covid-19 times. Icing on the cake? A welcome box of tea/coffee/biscuits/etc waiting for us on completion ..... Reviewed on: 18th January 2021

Fantastic service

I have dealt with the Vernon Building Society over a number of years, and they are consistently excellent in: service, products, speed of replying, politeness - I cannot recommend them too much. They put other banks/building societies in the shade! Reviewed on: 15th December 2020
