I’ve been with Vernon for over five years now, across two homes, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. During this time, they’ve supported me through two remortgages as well as the porting of my mortgage. They were a huge part of why I was able to purchase my dream home. It was a particularly challenging purchase, but their attentiveness, genuine care, and willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference. I felt fully supported every step of the way. A proper Friendly Society

Excellent individual service.

Excellent. Our individual circumstances were evaluated in person. Not just a tick box. The advice and guidance to the right mortgage for us was invaluable. The personal touch is so refreshing to find when most providers want you to fit onto a form. The Vernon do go the extra mile and make your mortgage personal to you and your individual circumstances. Incredible customer support

Vernon building society helped me get my first home and helped me transfer my mortgage to my next home when the circumstances werent straight forward. I felt like an individual and I could trust them to be working conscientiously. At no point did I ever feel like just a number.
