Mortgage interest rates could always be lower and I hope with the recent BoE rate cuts x2 in recent months that the Vernon BS will be cutting SVR. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

I have always found it easy to make contact with the Society. The staff are friendly and helpful. The product suits my needs and the website is user friendly. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

No nonsense, straight to the point.

No nonsense, straight to the point. Staff always pleasant and ready to help. Always get an appointment to suit ourselves. The opening times could be better I.e. weekends not everybdy can make weekdays as they have to work too. So Saturdays would be better if they could open. Reviewed on: 27th January 2025
