Very easy to deal with and understanding of customer needs

I our late 60s my wife and I approached Vernon for a mortgage. I was - and still am working full time and my wife has a decent retirement income. I was delighted to find they had a forward-thinking attitude towards older clients. A mortgage was duly offered and gratefully accepted. Reviewed on: 9th November 2018

totally professional but also friendly, & advice helpful.

I am over 70 & needed a small mortgage, their approach did not discriminate because of my age, unlike other lenders. They did a very competent financial risk assessment, but at all times were friendly & helpful. Reviewed on: 9th November 2018

Friendly service

They changed my life

I was looking for a home after my divorce had left me with nothing.The Vernon underwrite on a case by case basis, so out of the over 30 lenders i contacted the Vernon were the only lender to even consider me.
