Personal Service

To be honest, we found the Vernon Building Society by chance, but we are very pleased that we did. All the staff we have dealt with, including Lucy, have gone out of their way to be helpful and you always feel that you are getting a personal service.. I contacted the Vernon enquiring about a mortgage into retirement age. I was unsure about the processes and apprehensive about it all due to my lack of knowledge about mortgages.
