Excellent service

The Vernon staff were always there for us: whenever I needed to phone up there was a real person at the end of the phone who could answer my questions, and without condescension. Excellent personal service

We have had several mortgages with the Vernon. Ours is an unusual rural property, we have received such valuable mortgage advice, the Vernon understands us, our needs and we always know that we will be treated as individuals and more importantly as people. We would highly recommend the Vernon as a local mortgage provider, they know the area, they have lots of expertise and can create a flexible package for individuals if required. The best mortgage provider I've ever had

Vernon's customer service is second to none. I was always able to speak to named individuals for continuity of contact, received loads of constructive advice on the best mortgage product for me, and complete flexibility to adapt the mortgage as my situation changed - and all at very competitive rates.
