Great local building society.

Experience of using the Vernon

Staff in the branches are helpful and friendly. When I have rung the Vernon it doesn't take long for the phone to be answered and by a real person. Usually one who can help, or if not then find out/put me through to someone who can answer the query. Reviewed on: 13th January 2026

The staff in my local branches are extremely pleasant and welcoming. It is one of the few places that actually supply a book.
