Great Bank Good Values

New customer who saw a good account with a local bank. Wasn't expecting anything special but REALLY IMPRESSED. Great rate, good rates still there and good online account that's easy to use. The battle between the physical and digital money

Time is precisions and human contact is still valued by the nature saver. The youth of today are content with digital and having no contact with physical money but there is a generation that still want this interaction. Great staff

The Vernon show big firms how it should be done.

The Vernon are great listeners. They treat me like an individual and work hard to understand my needs, I never feel like they're pushing me towards one product or another, but they always make sure I'm able to make the best decision for me. They take the time to explain in clear language what they're offering and are always friendly. At times when I've been in difficult financial situations they are great at giving personal, practical advice. They are an example of how firms should operate. Reviewed on: 27th January 2025
