I like how frienldy and pleasant the staff are. Quick to help or explain a query. I experienced how Carol, a member of staff, was sorting out a preference I had, it helped in the matter and helped me to continue banking with the Vernon. Well done, Carol. Reviewed on: 25th August 2023
