I find the online system difficult to use and have b...

I find the online system difficult to use and have been locked out a couple of times. This makes accessing my money difficult. It then takes time to sort out which is frustrating. For example I sent a message online asking for help and explaining the problem, and was sent a message back via online services which I couldn't access, due to being locked out of the account. Great local building society.
