Vernon do keep changing whether accounts can be opened by non-locals and interest rates for a type of savings product are sometimes good and sometimes not so good. But when they have a good product and will let non-locals open it they do provide value for money. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

My Vernon building society branch is local and there...

My Vernon building society branch is local and there’s a parking spot right outside. The staff there are helpful, knowledgeable and give a nice personal service. The savings rates and offers that come up are always good and worth looking at. Reviewed on: 14th January 2026
