Good accounts, great communication

Good range of saving accounts, interest rate stood up better than my other bank ones. Good web access secure but easy to use. Communication great. Monthly emails I actually want to read but still include the banking stuff you need. Much better than any of the others I receive. Reviewed on: 8th December 2018

Good Rates

They keep up with current rates and don't leave you left behind.... it is quite easy to change up accounts online as well. like Virgin and actually voting for them which is something I never do ! Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Essential High Street Bank

I help elderly relatives invest their money to earn a decent interest rate. They like High Street Banks as they don't have the internet. I mainly select Virgin Isa's as their rates are consistemtly the most competitive. An investor myself, I enjoy popping into the Virgin Lounge when I am in town. The staff are very friendly and you can become friends with others over Coffee and Biscuits! Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Regular monthly savings

Virgin money had an online monthly savings account paying 2.5% but since the Clydesdale takeover they’ve discontinued this online account. Great shame - now have to travel 25 miles to access the new account in branch. Come on Virgin - we need an online saver. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018
