Honest, professional, and they actually listen when you talk to them !!

I made some silly mistakes when setting up my account, and Virgin Money's Customer Service line (In Britain) were really understanding. They treated me with respect all the way through putting it right, and never got at all annoyed when they had to repeat themselves because of a Mental Heath condition that I have. Thanks Virgin ! The best "Do it all" credit card around !!

A really versatile Credit Card, with a great easy to use website :-) I did have a question about my account and Customer services were really helpful with the fact that i'm not great on computers.
