Non existent customers service

Been using this card for years, but noticed slip up in cust service quality when last year enquired about some interest charges. Chased up twice but never heard back. Kept on calling when stopping genuine on line transactions even though they were from the same vendor! Just waiting for the last cashback cheques to arrive, then I'll close the account! Great rate offers, brilliant comms and customer experience

Applied for a Virgin Credit because of a zero rate offer. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast response. Security is tighter than any of my other card providers. You do have to be up to date with modern tech: phone, text, online. When I have had to phone for help, the customer service offered has been exceptional. Regular rate offers and updates via text/SMS.
