Sterling service

I have not used Virgin banking for some time but returned recently for various reasons. The main reason being the banking app is so easy to access and use unlike the previous bank app which was unusable despite many visits to various branches and several phone calls to help lines . Changed my life

Virgin Money Credit Cards have absolutely changed my life and financial health for the better. Their service is outstanding and they don't plague me with emails and offers, unlike some other credit card providers. They worked with me to give me the best possible rate to help me begin managing my debt and future finances properly. Best Credit Card to date

Poor

I was charged a fee for not paying off my balance even though my balance was below the minimum amount I could send payment for - effectively meaning there was no way I could pay off the balance until they had added the fee. I contacted Virgin in advance to ask them how to rectify this but they never replied. They just added the fee. Shite. Reviewed on: 2nd January 2019
