Professional, friendly and capable

There are times in life when one needs a credit card and when one does, Virgin are the only option in my opinion. Accessible and flexible ever since I had my first card from them. I can't fault their service. Reviewed on: 14th December 2018

Easy to use and great communication

From day one, Virgin Credit Cards has been a delight to use. All communication is so easy and fuss-free - important when you're a working mum. Plus the website is brilliant. All the information I need is there, which helps me control my budget and my payments. Email communication is good and informative - I don't get bombarded with rubbish. And let's not forget their rates. Been very competitive over the years I've had my card. Over all, probably one of the best credit cards I've ever had. Reviewed on: 14th December 2018

Seriously so easy and understanding.
