Professional, friendly and capable

Easy to use and great communication

From day one, Virgin Credit Cards has been a delight to use. All communication is so easy and fuss-free - important when you're a working mum. Plus the website is brilliant. All the information I need is there, which helps me control my budget and my payments. Email communication is good and informative - I don't get bombarded with rubbish. Seriously so easy and understanding.

We have had no hassle what so ever from Virgin they have been absolutely brilliant we had to ring about extending our credit and staff where so friendly and very helpful no hidden fees says exactly what it does on the tin, we would deffo recommend to family and friends :) Reviewed on: 14th December 2018
