Slow/Dated

Transactions take a while to reflect on your balance. 'Pending transactions' such as pre-authorisations sit on your account for a while. No banking app which is really unhelpful-if i had known this before i selected virgin i probably wouldn't have taken the card. However with all this said there is a good opportunity with cash back. Refused to refund overpayment

after you prompted me by phone I went on immediately and made a minimum payment which has not apparently registered and set up a direct debit at the same time and now you have hit me with interest charges. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2018

Fantastic Customer Experience

Without Virgin Money my tiny baby would not be here. With Virgin Money’s generous credit limit, I was able to pay for several IVF treatments to get my baby boy. He is now 17 months old and a joy to behold and I am finally paying off my balance with never a bit of hassle from Virgin Money.
