after you prompted me by phone I went on immediately and made a minimum payment which has not apparently registered and set up a direct debit at the same time and now you have hit me with interest charges. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2018

Fantastic Customer Experience

Without Virgin Money my tiny baby would not be here. With Virgin Money’s generous credit limit, I was able to pay for several IVF treatments to get my baby boy. He is now 17 months old and a joy to behold and I am finally paying off my balance with never a bit of hassle from Virgin Money. Simple to apply fast decision and great website

Great credit card company

This is a great credit card company. Easy to apply for a credit card / credit transfer on line; clear communication; great online web site. Only little niggle is it would be good to have a quick reminder of when first payment is due, not after the date has passed and a prompt to set up a direct debit would be good too. That said, it’s the Best credit card company I have ever used! Reviewed on: 20th January 2018

Unhelpful - tried to push into debt problems.

Missed payment, took away promotional rate days after charging the admin fee. Didn’t tell me the rate had gone up and wasn’t willing to help resolve. Will never deal with any Virgin brand again. Reviewed on: 20th January 2018
