Miles Ahead - Simply First Class

Easy and secure for beginners

I chose to open a virgin credit account for the purpose of a balance transfer. I was very naive and unsure of how it all worked and Virgin were excellent. Very friendly staff, helpful and understanding. Also their security is the best I’ve ever experienced. Reviewed on: 24th January 2018

Slow/Dated

Transactions take a while to reflect on your balance. 'Pending transactions' such as pre-authorisations sit on your account for a while. No banking app which is really unhelpful-if i had known this before i selected virgin i probably wouldn't have taken the card. However with all this said there is a good opportunity with cash back.
