Miles Ahead - Simply First Class

Virgin Money offered an outstanding transfer balance on my new credit card. Coupled with the card of my choice and air miles to boot. Quite simply a first class srvice. Reviewed on: 24th January 2018

Easy and secure for beginners

I chose to open a virgin credit account for the purpose of a balance transfer. I was very naive and unsure of how it all worked and Virgin were excellent. Very friendly staff, helpful and understanding. Also their security is the best I’ve ever experienced. Reviewed on: 24th January 2018

Excellent service

Slow/Dated

Transactions take a while to reflect on your balance. 'Pending transactions' such as pre-authorisations sit on your account for a while. No banking app which is really unhelpful-if i had known this before i selected virgin i probably wouldn't have taken the card. However with all this said there is a good opportunity with cash back.
