Secure and up front

Really happy with my experience with Virgin money credit card for balance transfers - I used a 0% for 3 years offer. Everything explained in plain English, and transfers, direct debits and one-off payments easy to complete over secure website. Phone calls from customer service to approve some higher risk transfers add extra layer of trust. Reviewed on: 7th February 2017

No stress

When I first got my card after my balance transfer I set up my direct debit. But it was not In time for my first payment Coming out which I didnt realise. I then got a charge and lost all my promotional percs I had with the card. I phoned up VIRGIN and feared the worst. They happily refunded my charge and set up my promotional percs again with no fuss whatsoever I was very happy and surprised with the level of cutomer service I recieved thank you virginmoney Reviewed on: 7th February 2017

I wouldn't look for a credit card with anyone else

The balance transfer credit card is a very good thing. I wouldn't look for a credit card anywhere else. Virgin money is the best place to be. I am looking at moving my bank account to them too. Reviewed on: 6th February 2017
