Insurance company which actually cares about us!

We are quite early in the relationship with Waggel. However, we already can say that the claim process is super easy, their customer service team is responsive and friendly and really enjoyed a feedback interview with the CEO which apparently happens frequently. Amazing customer service

I was impressed by the personalised service offered by Waggle, which can best be summarised by being assigned my own Customer Champion and said champion taking the time to ask me how my pug Lola was doing when I was submitting a claim. Excellent Insurance!

When we got our labradoodle puppy not very long ago, we searched for the best insurance we could that wasn't ridiculously expensive. Waggel is perfect as it covers everything for a fraction of the price of other insurance companies. Definitely worth it

Lovely company

I have my 3 cats insured with Waggel and not only is the cost amazing, they have a Facebook group which is nice to be able to interact with the people in the company. There when you need it

reasonable price for all 4 of my cats. App Interface is self explanatory therefore easy to navigate. Also access to First Vet, so nice having quick and easy vet appointment with out the stress of caging the critters up and putting them in the car. Reviewed on: 12th August 2020
