When first shopping around for pet insurance, it seemed really intransparent with hidden surprises at every corner. After a tumultuous first year after rescuing my Saluki in the Middle East and going through a long term injury and rehab without insurance, we now feel much safer for the future with Waggel. Most innovative pet insurnace in the market

The Waggel claims process is a unique and enjoyable experience. Claiming took about three clicks, with no usual annoying forms to fill out or any work or interaction with the vet my part. The money was transferred to my bank account within a few days from Waggel! This is a modern insurance company offering something genuinely new with a superior customer experience! So much more user friendly than others

I gave information about my dog. I got a brilliant quote, £80 pounds less than current quote. It also includes dental which is usually extra on many quotes. I know it doesn't cover pre existing illnesses, but as my dog has got over his I felt this was an excellent choice. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

My pets are safe

I trust waggel to look after my pets health and support me if the worst could happen. As a first time player in the world of insurance I was super confused how it all worked, waggel completely calmed all these anxiety by offering every single bit of info I need (even the tiny bits). There when I needed them

The worst thing to find out is that your puppy is very ill. Twice for two separate issues, Luna had to be taken into an Animal Hospital. As you can imagine the worry and distress this caused us. Waggel ensures any of my questions were answered and processed my claims immediately. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
