How insurance should be

From the start you can see the focus is all about the customer experience. The ability to tailor your policy to get the right premium is a great feature. I love that I can handle the whole process online and with transparency on the claims process. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Reassuring, quality care

Like an extra lifeline

Not only are Waggel really helpful on the phone, having a vet video call for free has been amazing - much more info received than at the normal vet, and the notes emailed after were really thorough covering everything we'd discussed and had loads of helpful suggestions!
