Awesome Customer Service

I have saved with the credit Union now for about 2 years. I have to say I have always been extremely impressed with the service and the response times. An example literally the other morning was I was looking at purchasing my new annual bus ticket and through the credit union you receive a discount. I emailed the team and asked what the price would be with the discount, this was at 8am, well in less than 5 minutes I had a reply and the transaction was completed. I think especially in the current climate what with Covid that is quite impressive but this customer service and the quality of it has been quite evident since I became a member. Helpful benefit for account

I regularly save with them to build up savings for specific uses. Specifically I primary build up my savings in order to get a annual bus saver which can get a 20% discount on because members get a discount due to a deal between the East Sussex Credit Union and Brighton & Hove Buses, and that 20% is a couple hundred pounds difference. Valued community organisation

Particularly through covid, ESCU has been a huge support to members of the community who have found themselves in a higher level of financial hardship. ESCU helps members with fair loans and to see a way out, avoiding the need for desperate moves to go to loan shark or the like. Reviewed on: 15th February 2021

Best Financial Company in Sussex

East Sussex Credit Union go out of their way to help their customers. Where some banks say "no" without considering all aspects of the person's request. ESCU always listen to their customers and try to help. Their loan repayments that include a savings contribution is just brilliant. It gives back self respect to borrowers.
