Awful customer service

You cannot get in touch with them! No phone support, ‘instant chat’ always has 99+ people before you! Email says response in 48 hours but no response! Trying to cancel a policy but cannot do it without speaking to them so it just continues to take the money (hourly rate)! Shocking service! Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
