Freeze your account without notice

Shocking bank. We are a financial services regulated company, squeaky clean with accounts up to date etc. had banked with Cashplus for 18 months with no issue then suddenly account frozen. Customer services were a joke. No explanation given and after 3 months despite opening a new bank account have refused to move our monies to our new bank. They won’t tell us anything although we suspect it is the fact they weren’t making much in charges so we aren’t profitable for them. Abysmal way to treat people do not use this bank ever. Satisfied and will recommend to my friends based on my own experience. Love my current business account. Not had any untoward experience so far.. got some friends on business accounts at present and experiencing difficulties at times as they said on a couple of times, so yes will definitely recommend Zempler to them.
