Very poor customer service.

Avoid @Cashplus at all cost.

Avoid @Cashplus at all cost. Opened an account and then months later they block my account for 5 days for no reason returning all payments received in that time... customer service is non existent. Reviewed on: 27th March 2024

Excellent Small Business support

When I started my small business Cashplus was recommended by a friend and they have been very helpful and supportive during the last five years and have made life so much easier than it could have been as a novice to the business of running your own business. Reviewed on: 26th March 2024

I am happy with the service.

I am happy with the service. I think the online banking services are good . The need for a fob that I have to carry with me to login is a bit of a hassle but so far has caused no real problems. If anybody asked for a reccommendation I would give one. Reviewed on: 26th March 2024

I have been treated very bad by Cashplus.

I have been treated very bad by Cashplus. Their customer service agent always drop the phone on you or cut your calls. Their manager Anthony refused to talk to me today 26th of March 2024.
