Great friendly service

A very friendly compamy that is sensible and keeps you informed . Never patronising or heavy handed. No hard sells just great service. Reviewed on: 16th March 2021

I wouldn't give them my money, as credit card admin is bad

They told me they had increased my credit card limit but it took three months for them to actually put it up and only after several phone calls. The dedicated phone number given is for debit cards and not credit cards, so there is increased delay when calling the customer service department. Some transactions have been declined without reason even when there was capacity within the credit limit. The date for monthly repayments varies from month to month, so I never know until I get the statement what length of credit I have actually got. Cashplus

Fast, friendy, efficient plys a wole load of other positive adjectives. They deserve to bevan award winning bank. I have no doubt they soon wil be. Until then, the gratitude of a very happy customer will have to keep going Now how about that loan? Reviewed on: 16th March 2021
