Zempler Bank offer two personal current accounts – the Freedom account and the Activeplus account.

The Freedom account has no monthly fees and the Activeplus account is £5.95 per month. There may be fees for sending money and withdrawing or paying in cash. Both accounts come with the option to add on an overdraft.

I have used Zempler since it first started out as a Cashplus prepaid credit card and I have never had any problems with them whatsoever, unlike my experiences with other banks. The way Zempler operates is clearly laid out with no hidden fees or other nasty surprises lurking in the fine print. I have dropped all my other banks and now use Zempler exclusively. Problems - of which there have been very few in all my time with them from before they became a bank - are swiftly and easily resolved. Every action I wish to carry out is simply achieved and they are always on hand to answer questions without issue. They do the basics right. A problem free environment is a very rare thing today.
