Twisting my arm is not good practice!

Competitive interest rate, if not the best, quick deposit and withdrawals really easy and fun app to use. Only one negative thing. I feel pressured to open a zopa bank account to pressure customers even more they won't accept deposits to Zopa unless its via a Zopa bank account. Not very fair in my point of view. Zopa are great!

Zopa have a better than market leading rate on their savings account. The app is really easy to use and to see the information that you need. It’s great how you can split your savings into different pots within the same account, I’ve found this really useful! Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

Don’t bother, they won’t communicate

I’m in the process of moving a cash ISA from them to another provider and because they haven’t returned contact to the third part , I have made numerous attempts to contact them. They make it extreme awkward to locate a given chat site to sodas sith them and my experiences over this week and last is that you get thru to someone on chat who then has to pass you to the ISA Department. I waited well over 50 minutes last Friday and again this Tuesday and gave up trying to get a response from them. It’s ridiculous tgat customer wanting an update to a money transaction is denied access to ‘ a Customer Support Operator’ and moving forward, I will never use Zopa again if and when I finally obtain an answer from them. I left my Tel number in the chat yesterday, I have heard nothing from them. Totally unprofessional Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
