Bought a car wasent happy with condition and when I...

Bought a car wasent happy with condition and when I trying to return car was delayed and basically told I have to have car in the condition I sent photos and evidence of my complaint got treating messages about my credit file being effected did return car to garage for before my first payment was due so had no car and still ended up having to pay my finance after Reviewed on: 6th September 2024

Zopa,Responsible lender

I started my journey with Zopa with a £200 card limit, I used and kept on top of my balance for around 12 months until I was offered a modest increase, I could now borrow upto £600 pound which means a great deal of flexibility for me, finally last year my limit was increased to £1300 pounds which is brilliant peace of my in these uncertain economic times. Fair limits and easy to use.

I’ve had my Zopa card for around 2 years now and they’ve been great at helping me rebuild my credit. They gave me a fair initial limit and have increased it several times once I had shown I was able to manage my account well. There are some great features, such as a “credit cushion” allowing you to lock away part of your credit limit for emergencies. The app offers lots of info on how you can improve your credit and shows when you’re eligible to apply for other products. It also offers foreign exchange fees which makes it great for travel. Avoid Zopa

Direct debit set up but Zopa will ignore it, try to take payment earlier then agreed direct debit date. You contact Zopa and you are being assured it was a mistake and money will be take at direct debit set up date without receiving missed payment fee. Guess what? Missed payment fee allocated to your account and notice of default left on your account. Reviewed on: 27th May 2024
