Simple & Easy to Manage

I have found the Zopa Credit Card simple and easy to manage from the beginning. From the initial application through to the daily checking, running and updating of my account the process is simple and easy through the app and there are no surprises, hidden extras or long calls to call centres. Breath of fresh air

Brilliant and very fresh approach to credit card supply. Always know where I am and they always send reminders and messages. They are the best provider I have experienced for communication. Great, Easy app to use,

Overall really happy, application was easy, getting card was quick, app is easy to use and see what your spending, payment system easy to use, only con would be amount of time you spend waiting on live chat with help, had problem with card not working, took over a hour to reslove (most of this time was sat waiting for a reply), needed new card which did turn up in a couple of days which was great as I was going away and wanted my card with me, would recommend them to others but as I said be prepared for long waits on replies in live chat, obviously thier support team are dealing with multiple chats which I understand but this does leave you sitting twiddling your thumbs waiting to get a reply to your last message Reviewed on: 21st February 2023
