I’ve always had a great experience with Zopa, I’ve never had any problems at all. I’ve had questions and the customer service team has always been fabulous with assisting me. All customer advisors are very knowledgeable and friendly. Good thing with Zopa , they all acknowledge you through email about your payment, offer, limit and expenses which is amazing to me. One important point is that before getting a card from them you will know your credit limit. Which is really impressive. Reviewed on: 21st February 2023
