Zopa is truly the best amongst the rest

Firstly would like to say that Zopa has the best services. Every time I have questions to ask your help line is always fantastic, they are swift , professional and reliable . Secondly I have gained offers , upgrade from Zopa and I must say it a good one. Their service is user friendly and updates are good. Its ok but not fantastic

I try to change payment day about 6 months . And every time when I change nothing happend and every month Zoopa charge me 12 . When I spoke with customer service I don't recive any help . He had wrong attitude, he's answers was like he's not interested my case . Reviewed on: 21st February 2023
