I have found staff to be very helpful and supportive...

I have found staff to be very helpful and supportive when I need help with my account. Rates are very competitive and fair and they always remind me when my payments are due, even when I have missed the first date they do not inflict a penalty but give me a chance to make sure I have the payment ready for two days later.
