Since opening my Zopa account around six months ago, I’ve been genuinely impressed by how smooth and supportive the experience has been. Everything from the app design to customer service feels modern, clear, and built around real people. Zopa trusted me early on with a £250 credit limit, and that small start has made a big difference — it showed me they believe in responsible customers and give them room to grow. Using Zopa has made my day‑to‑day banking easier, and their transparency gives me real peace of mind. And with their exciting prize draws, there’s always that spark of hope — who knows, maybe I’ll be one of the lucky ones walking away with £1,000. An excellent online bank

Very easy and quick to set up. The bank card also arrived speedily and within days I was using my new Zopa bank account. Setting up a linked savings account was straightforward and my account lets me know exactly how much I’ve spent and saved and the interest earned. An excellent online bank. Really good app and savings rates

Really good app. Competitive rates and security looks good. Have recommended to others on this basis. The only disadvantage is the lack of an overdraft facility but I'm sure it will come. Better than all the High Street Banks

I have been a customer of all the High Street Banks but Zopa is in a different league. So easy to use the App, so easy to read (in the night, without my glasses...) and the 2% interest is great Reviewed on: 15th January 2026
