It's not a proper Bank. It's not a proper Bank. It doesn't show your Biscuit Current account when you log into their website. The transaction dates do not match at times. Reviewed on: 21st February 2026

Not just a Bank, they add personal touch

I have been with Zopa for a few months, even though I was earning e real good salary, my credit was not all that good, but Zopa looked past that and took me at face value,,, I was able have a credit card and a small loan off them and I have never looked back, to me Zopa is the way forward,, other banks and societies look at your credit score , Zopa looks at the person and I thank them. If Heineken did bank accounts....Zopa, simply the best!

I joined Zopa with their savings and credit card accounts, I've also had a loan and now their amazing Biscuit current account. I have several bank accounts but this is the one I have migrated to as their benefits outway the rest, their mobile app is so simple and fully inclusive and their customer service was fantastic! Actually speaking to a human when needed with a pleasant, friendly and very helpful advisor just put the cherry on the cake! Simply exemplary in every respect! Reviewed on: 15th January 2026
