Reliable, Competitive Banking

I’ve been using the Zopa banking app for a while now, and overall, it’s a solid and reliable choice. While the app itself is pretty standard, one of the standout features is the beta AI capability. It allows you to initiate transfers between accounts and even from other providers, just by using voice commands. It’s definitely a unique feature, even if I don’t use it frequently. In terms of insights, the app doesn’t provide any detailed spending analytics, but it serves well as a straightforward banking app. The interest rates are definitely one of the biggest selling points for me. Easy to set up and great support

I've had loans, set up savings accounts and now have a current account with Zopa. Setting these up couldn't have been easier and any support I've needed has been superb. The interest rates they offer are extremely competitive too. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026
