Matured fixed savings account needs action to get back

Opened a fixed saver. Upon maturity the money just remained on their website account, without access via their app. Basically the money was forgotten for months until i tried to open a new fixed saver. It would have been better if they had returned the money to the nominated account, or the online savings app, upon maturity. Reviewed on: 20th February 2023

Quick, easy and secure

It's very easy to transfer money on to Zopa and the system allows you to do that safely without fear of sending your money to an unknown location. Using the app is also very easy and can be done quickly. Saving rates are also incredibly competitive. Reviewed on: 20th February 2023
