Fixed rate account

I have an account with Zopa but despite this I'm unable to open a fixed rate account.I'v attempted on a number of occasions to do this but each time their application page denies me as after I input my email address in it stated "you already have an account" I'v put in three email addresses and still get the same answer. I have given up and will be investing elsewhere.An email I sent about this problem 3 days ago remains unanswered. Reviewed on: 7th December 2022

Easy to set up if you have a mobile phone

You can only set up this account if you have a mobile phone and a good signal which you need to log in every time, as you are only give a window of a few seconds to type in your security code. Reviewed on: 1st March 2022
