Doing their best

I have found it very easy to get money in and ask for assistance when needed. I’ve never tried to take money out, so can’t comment on that aspect. I have consistently earned on the various accounts I have opened with you, despite the current circumstances. Reviewed on: 15th February 2021

Zopa

So far, so good

The range of products from the new Zopa Bank is limited, and its difficult to get exited about a fixed term deposit account, but as far as it goes, the new Zopa facility does the trick, i.e. what passes these days for a competitive rate, and reasonably easy set up. I did have a little hitch getting it through but is was pretty straightforward. Reviewed on: 15th February 2021

Great ethos, customer service and rates

The idea behind Zopa, offering affordable loans to everyone, is great. The company is really well (and ethically) run. Customer service, as a lender, has been great. They are not intrusive in marketing their products and the rates they offer are good for both borrowers and lenders. Reviewed on: 15th February 2021
