Outstanding Customer Offerings

Great App, customer service and rates

Already had a personal loan with Zopa when I saw they were offering a fixed term savings account. Amazingly easy to open and manage account via App. Clear information and good customer services, thoroughly recommend. Reviewed on: 16th March 2021

Very efficient and good interest rate.

When ZOPA introduced their new Fixed Term Savings account they introduced a product that offered a very competitive interest rate. The process of application and subscribing to this was very easy. I would thoroughly recommend this product - I only gave 9 under recommendation as I am generally very cautious about recommending financial products to friends/family - 9 would therefore be much higher than I would normally give.
