The loan application was very simple however I made a typo with my name which resulted in my application being on hold however customer service was brilliant and solved this with clarity and professionalism. I had a problem making a payment to one merchant and had to reset my password several times. Unfortunately, I was still not able to complete the payment, which was frustrating. However, aside from this issue, Zopa offers good financial products. Their services are generally reliable, and the range of finance options is strong.
